Premise – Whatsapp now is mostly used to interact with the businesses.
Problems faced by shoppers & Shop owners
1) There is no catalogue of products
2) list sent by the customer always gets lost
3) Customer is not aware of the pricing
4) Customer doesn’t know total amount
5) Customer will not know if order has been recognized by the SHOP owner
6) Local delivery system integration with explicit additional cost w/KM
7) Scheduling of meeting or reminder is not part of whats app
