Artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare is the use of complex algorithms and software to emulate human cognition in the analysis of complicated medical data. … The primary aim of health-related AI applications is to analyze relationships between prevention or treatment techniques and patient outcomes.
As usual Question starts with Why?
Lets dig into the data of medical professional per capita (Source:Wikipedia)
I don’t see possibility of increasing per capital Medical professional anytime soon considering the dearth of institutions unlike CUBA

User Story -Health Care
- System takes input of symptoms from the patient.
- System evaluates the symptoms & recommends the pathology tests to the patient.
- User Inputs the data of pathology report into the system
- System determines the severity of the case & assigns nearest medical professional
- In case of emergency services, system triggers to the health authorities
- Basis on the unique provided by the system, Health professional will already have complete analysis & possible recommendations available. this will help in record keeping
- patient will also be able to schedule / Track things with notification for checkup time, Visit day/date, improvement areas
- Patient could be recommended about Lifestyle changes
FAQ
my intention is to fill the gap of professionals and timely help for remote places.
Question 1) A few problems. You can’t verify the symptoms are true/accurate.
Completely agree – But initial diagnosis basis symptoms will give a fair idea of severity of the situation.
For example: Fever/ shivering / Vomiting = Probable cause could be something (Not mentioning any disease as a common person so that we don’t digress from the topic) .
Question 2) Especially if entered by the patient. How does any costly next step process eg emergency services trust the data?
In most of the cases, Doctor recommends tests to ascertain the situation. if the system could identify & recommend the diagnostic test for the patient, he will already have most of the data needed to help the patient.
How does the next step work?
Next step is Tele Medicine team aligned to discuss the situation with the patient & if required.
Question 3) Or even the patient identity?
Patient would have easy access to telemedicine & online consultation.
Question 4) Triage algorithms are in place extensively – mostly proprietary for internal processes.
i dont have much information regarding TRIAGE algorithms.
For me, idea is to build something which helps the professionals and patients before things go worse.
